BeeCloud - 512Gb of Free Online Cloud Backup

We store huge amount of precious data on our computers everyday - be it official documents, personal videos, personal music or personal photos taken during unique occasions. Most of us have lost many of them and then thought we should have backed them up before. But for many people, this is like a cycle, they regret everytime they lose files and keep on loosing files. There are reasons why they cannot backup all of their files.

I lost recently some very important files - my academic project database files, which resulted in changing the academic project in the week before the deadline for submission. So while searching for a solution to store every precious contents (I had around 90 GB of data), I found couple of solutions, such as ZumoDrive, SugarSync et cetera. BeeCloud was one of them, but something kept it out of the line - it was precicely the All-in-One solution which I was looking for.


I considered everything below before choosing BeeCloud as my solution.

Security: BeeCloud is a reseller of LiveDrive, one of the most famous high-end backup solution providers. Data will be stored redundantly on the LiveDrive servers, so that you will never lose the files again.

Accessibility: How would it be if you could access your data from your PC, Mac, iPhone, and your Android device? It would be brilliant, wouldn't it? BeeCloud lets you do it. You can access your data through the web, too.
Their Briefcase system (available in selected paid plans only) gets you another drive with 512 GB of space, with which you can access that data just like you do on your HDD or Flashdrive. Yes, you can just drag-n-drop files and browse files just like you do on regular physical drives!

Reliability: Let's consider the speed. I don't have a 10 Mbit internet connection here, in a small town in India. Still, speed is what gives meaning to the backed up data. So I did some research on the internet, and would like to share a single post by madeinheaven, which made me lean towards BeeCloud in the case of reliability

Well i am just now backing up my files speed is not to bad same as my FTP uplading speed but download speed is much faster and work with IDM.

 Affordability: I could goto eBay and get two 512 GB USB powered drives, which provides redundancy, with an enormous accessibility and reliability. Why did I choose BeeCloud over that? It would have costed me too much to buy the drives - at least around $150-$160 in India. I don't have that money to pay for it. BeeCloud provides free storage. However, all my files are fairly small in size, so that I can download my files whenever I need even with my 512Kbps connection.

God of War: Betrayal fills in the gaps between the first two God of War games, when Kratos defeated Ares to claim an Olympian throne and got something of a big head about it.
In telling the tale of Kratos' rise before a spectacular fall at the beginning of God of War II, many will tremble at the feet of this warrior-god and many a god will be displeased.
Kratos' first mobile adventure is a 2D side-scroller, not entirely unlike those we saw during the glory days of the 16-bit generation. But it's important to note right away that God of War:Betrayal is not just a cookie-cutter platformer with Kratos pasted over some other non-descript hero.

This is God of War, through and through. The action and puzzle elements are very much true to the original PS2 games - this really is an extension of the God of War universe.
Kratos is all about action, so expect to jam on the 5 button regularly to use his brutal attacks. His default weapon, the chain swords (Athena's Blades) whip all around the screen, slicing up enemies, tossing them into the air, and leaving them on the floor in a crumpled mess...
You do not have as many combo possibilities in God of War: Betrayal as you did in God of War II, but there are still several combos such as running into an enemy as you unleash the chain swords. Kratos has access to several other choice weapons, such as Medusa's Head, Army of Hades, and the Blade of Artemis. Each one of these weapons or magic attacks have their own strengths against numerous underlings or vicious boss monsters.

Konami Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 v1.0.0 S60v2 J2MEv2 Retail-BiNPDA

Getting our hands on the mobile version of Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer series has been one of the highlights of the Leipzig Games Convention.

But while we're happy to enthuse about our time with the game and the related chat we had with Konami producer Axel de Roug? (we'll be publishing a full interview soon so click 'Track It!' to get an email alert), it's great to be finally able to share the first screenshots.

For one thing, they clearly show the amount of time and effort the Paris-based development team has taken in giving this 2D Java game the Pro Evo look.

In addition to the well defined players, extra touches include pitch-side detail such as the coaches' area, weather conditions (rain and snow), and extend to the patterns of the way the grass has been cut, of which there are five examples. And when you score a goal, the net will ripple, too.

Despite this level of attention, though, something that's harder to show from these screenshots is the quality of player animations. They're one of the most important technical aspects of the game, as they link deeply into the fluid nature of the controls.

Indeed, so important where they considered that the decision was made to concentrate on animations over and above the game's graphics, with each separate animation consisting of up to nine individual frames.

It's something best shown up in close-up, as these cropped high-resolution screens of various players in motion demonstrate. We especially like the evil sliding tackle from behind and the resulting 'kicked up in the air' look.

What does the application do?
Cost-effective and efficient tool to track several mobile phones in a remote SQL database.

Aspicore GSM Tracker is an S60 application, which makes the smartphone into a real-time AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) tracking device.

The application determines the location with a Bluetooth GPS receiver and transmits the tracking data to a server in real-time through a cellular packet data connection. The data connection to the server is usually made via the Internet.

System description and purpose:
Typically server stores the received tracking data into a SQL database. The data can be visualized with simple map software, (e.g. Google Maps, Google Earth) or it can be linked to a professional fleet management system or a mobile workforce management system.

Individual users can use Aspicore GSM Tracker for personal location tracking. They can e.g. automatically publish their current location and daily track on their web page.

Features:
You don't even need necessarily to have as many GPS receivers as tracked mobile phones, if a lower accuracy suffices and there are only a few places or standard routes you want to have recognised. The location of the mobile phone can also be determined by the network cell id, which identifies the cell tower the phone is connected to.

You can configure the timers and events, which trigger the data send action. The data is sent in a compact UDP datagram, only a little over 100 packet data bytes per message. This means that the data transfer costs are minimal compared to e.g. SMS and the communication transactions are very fast.

Location tracking system:
The central database can be a powerful SQL engine, which handles hundreds of mobile tracking targets. (Depending on the tracking frequency and resolution.) The database accumulates position data from the mobile phones being tracked. Each record in the database is identified by the IMEI code of the phone the data belongs to.

The location data is collected to an industry standard SQL database. This makes it straightforward to integrate with the rest of your company data systems.

If you are not using a GPS receiver, you must first create a mapping from the network cell ID to a geographical location. Unless you get the cell tower location lists from your mobile operator, you can collect the data yourself by driving around the places you want to have recognised by the system and have Aspicore GSM Tracker and a Bluetooth GPS to record the GPS coordinates of the network cells.

When the system is eventually being used, the mobile will report its network cell information to the system server by using Aspicore GSM Tracker. The server compares the network cell information to the accumulated data and converts it to an estimated geographical location. This way you can track your sales representatives, delivery men, children etc without them needing to carry a GPS receiver with them.

When using HTTP protocol, the coordinates are now correctly signed
also in the range of from -0.99 degrees to 0 degrees. (In earlier
version, the program always used positive sign for the coordinate
values between -0.99 degrees and 0.99 degrees, when HTTP protocol was
used. This was a problem e.g. in London.)

The occassional slow application exit problem should be now solved.
The problem was correlated with an unexpected break in the packet
data connection.
